- En el 96 da comienzo la andadura de la Banda, integrada por los tres hermanos García (JAIME, ISMAEL y PACO) y cuyas influencias iniciales dejaban ya ver la dirección que iban a tomar; "Ramones", "Sex Pistols", "The Clash", "Jam”, “Dictators" y los mas recientes "Green Day" o "Foo fighters" forman parte de la formación e influencias musicales de LOS ATOMIKOS, a las que sumaria después bandas como "Glucifer", "Hellacopters", "Peepsowhs", "Black Halos", "The Hives", etc..., RESULTADO: Rock potente, Punk con melodías pegadizas y un directo contundente y demoledor. Al Principio del verano del 97 participaron en "CADIZ ATTACK", Cd recopilatorio editado por el Ayuntamiento de Cádiz en el cual incluyen su tema "DIABLOS". En Junio del 98 graban su primer disco, editado por el sello madrileño "PANICO RECORDS" y producido por Josema "DALTON", en el cual incluyen trece de sus temas, trabajo que promocionaran hasta principios del 2000, recibiendo excelentes criticas de los medios. En el 2002 Jaime Atomiko (Bajista) deja el grupo para mudarse a Madrid y meses después entra a formar parte de la Banda como nuevo bajista Humberto Atomiko. Participan también en el recopilatorio "Cádiz Alternativo" con su tema "DE NUESTRA GENERACIÓN". Su último trabajo es una maketa con nueve canciones titulada “Reality Show” la cual están moviendo en estos momentos con idea de editarla y distribuirla. Han compartido escenario con bandas como "Australian Blonde", "The Demonics", "Plan Nine", "Kannon" y "Sober" si deseas saber mas sobre Los Átómikos puedes hacerlo en: http://www.auamusic.com/profile.php?lang=es&id_u=2815 http://www.myspace.com/losatmikos http://www.losatomikos.com 1996 is the year when the birth of the band takes place, integrated by the Garcia’s brothers (jaime, ismael and paco)their first influences were getting appart while their actual music way was taken: “ramones””sex pistols”, “the clash”, “jam”, “dictators” and newer ones like “green day” or “foo fighters” make the base of the musical influences of “los atomikos” being complete with later bands like “gluecifer” hellacopters”, “peepshows””black halos”, “the hives”, etc....RESULT:a powerfull rock, a straight and strong punk with sticky melodies. At the beginning of the summer of 1997 they took part in Cadiz Attack, a compilation cd edited by Cadiz’s city hall, in which you can listen songs like DIABLOS. In June 98 they recorded their first disc edited by the madrid stamp “PANICO RECORDS”produced by Josema DALTON.This disc includes thirteen songs and it was promoted until the beginning of 2000. It received excellent critiques of the lyrics. In 2002 Jaime Atomiko leaves the band for personal reasons and a few months later, Humberto gets into the band as the new bassist. Los Atomikos took part as well in the compilation cd “cadiz alternativo” recording the song “de nuestra generacion”.Their last work contains 9 songs and its called “reality show”, it’s being promoted at the moment with the main aim of editing it and distributing it.
